Sitechnics has over 15 years experience of working on boundary dispute resolution both directly with individuals and intermediaries such as solicitors, property developers and land agents.
The Department is headed up by a Director Roger Gamble BSc MRICS, who specialises in Boundary Dispute Resolution operating in England & Wales.
Roger is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
How We Work
As experienced land surveyors we are qualified in the area of mapping and measurement. Having a detailed survey of a property, either to determine a boundary position before it gets to a dispute, or to help resolve an ongoing boundary issue, provides a clear basis from which to work.
The appointment of an independent expert is advisable to analyse deed plans, Land Registry documents and any other relevant information. If required we will prepare a report that can, in many cases, be used to settle a dispute without having to go through a costly court case.

- Electronic surveys of properties identifying the physical features and using the survey drawing to clarify position of boundaries
- Report writing for submission to a solicitor or court
